Takako Sasaki

Profile: After working as HR specialist at a British trading company, the U.S. Embassy in Japan, and as an organizational and HR strategy consultant at Mercer Japan, joined MISUMI Group Inc. in 2004. After having served as Head of Human Resources for five years, held various leadership roles at business side including General Manager of the Factory Automation General Components Business Division, Managing Director for MISUMI Singapore (concurrently established MSUMI Malaysia also serving as MD), Head of FA Asia Business Division, and Europe Business Company President / MD for MISUMI Europe GmbH (based in Germany). After coming back to Japan in 2019, took over position of Representative Executive Officer for Human Resources and Legal Platform, and in 2021, was appointed as Senior Executive Officer of the Group.
In July 2025, joined the editorial team of Works, published by Recruit Works Institute.
