in the field of “human resources” and “corporate organizations” in January 1999.

Surveys With a focus on “consciousness and behavior of ‘working individuals’” and “effectiveness and issues of corporate human resource management policies”, surveying and analyzing the diversification of current conditions from a variety of perspective
Information Dissemination and Publications

Publication of “Works”, a bimonthly journal which deals with such topics as management, personnel and career development in the new era, providing information half a step ahead of the times

Disseminating our policy recommendations, information and knowledge broadly to the society through research reports, books, website, symposiums, and others
