< Youth Research > Through researches on the attitude and the basic skills of the school-leavers today at the time of finding work and the changes of the companies' ideal human resources, we clarify the mismatch occurring between the individuals and the work place. < 1 >Verbalization of the basic skills and creation of its development program (Researcher in charge: Tatsumi) * Systemizing the minimum required skills (=basic skills) to work in any kind of occupation or industry, and creating the development program to learn the basic skills. < 2 >Companies expectations from new college graduates (Researcher in charge: Iwawaki) * Analyzing the changes over 10 years of what companies want in the new graduates as ideal human resources. Through interviews of the companies, we also research and analyze the changes of their recruiting methods. < 3 >Analyzing mismatch of abilities and skills (Researcher in charge: Kakuho) * Clarifying the mismatch between companies and individuals regarding required abilities, possessed abilities, and abilities that will be required in the future, by applying comparative analysis on demand side of the human resources (the companies) and research data on the individual side. |
