    Graduated from Faculty of Law, Hitotsubashi University in 1989. After working in a PR company, joined Recruit Co. Ltd. (current Recruit Holdings Co.,Ltd.) in 2001 and engaged in editorial work of “Works” in Works Institute. After leaving the company in 2004, got established as a writer and editor. In “Works” mainly in charge of edit ‘Essence of success’, a regular article supervised by Ikujiro Nonaka, Professor Emeritus Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy. With professor Nonaka and Mr Akira Katsumi, a writer of the article, visiting innovators around Japan.
