    Graduated from Osaka Graduate School of Law in 2001 with Ph.D degree. Specialty in labor law. Joined Works Institute in the same year as a visiting researcher. Have engaged in research of international comparison of temporary agency laws and labor market policies in the U.S. and European countries.
